The Team
All our teams at Sally Montague Hair Group have progressed through our rigorous in-house training programme. Our training methods allow for continuous development from a NVQ level 1 technician through to senior stylist and Creative Director Levels. Both in-house and external training never ends which we consider to be one of our greatest strengths, making sure each individual reaches their full potential. All team members regularly attend either L'Oreal Professionnel or AVEDA courses, allowing them to discover the latest techniques and innovations in the industry. Two of our managers have also completed the L'Oreal Professionnel colour degree, giving them unrivalled knowledge into the exact science of hair colour.
Team members also compete each year at professional competitions such as the L'Oreal Professionnel Colour Trophy, successfully showcasing their talent at the grand final in London on many occasions. Each season selected stylists work at London and Paris Fashion Weeks as well as Graduate Fashion Week and the Central Saint Martins degree show, flying the flag for Sally Montague Hair Group.
