Further Education
Congratulations, after successfully completing your NVQ levels 1 and 2 you will be ready to work on the salon floor as a stylist! However training does not stop there; you can go on to the next level and do your NVQ level 3 to advance your skills even further. In some institutions the NVQ level 3 is optional, however we encourage all of our stylists to undertake the challenge and move further forward for the benefit of our clients and their needs. The NVQ level 3 will consist of modules such as advanced colour collection, long hair, creative cutting and styling, current and emerging styles and photographic portfolio work. Upon completion of this level you can then be promoted to a more senior position within the company.
