Five members of Staff go on 'Customer Delight' course
Five members of staff - Jo Hyde, Head Receptionist at Irongate, Lyndsey Bullock, Stylist and Manageress of the University salon, Hayley Bennett, Stylist, Lou Lou, Stylist and Harriet, Stylist - all attended a one-day "Customer Delight" course in London. All the girls thoroughly enjoyed the course and felt that they had all leant valuable lessons in making their clients feel that extra bit special. They also learnt how to listen more to their clients in order that they get the very best out of their appointments. Sally will be sending more staff on this course in the future - we will keep you updated!
